According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Rafe is understandably hurt and lashes out at his wife. But little does Nicole know that things are about to hit a snag for her because both Jada and Eric have learned that Jada is pregnant. 

Arianne Zucker, who plays Nicole on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way to the publication in a new interview, “This wasn’t in the cards. Nicole and eric’s last conversation was, ‘We are going to be together.’ This throws a wrench in that and puts a heavy weight on Nicole’s shoulders. She knows the right thing to do is to be supportive. But you know what, she doesn’t have to like it. She doesn’t like the fact that there’s this long history of Eric wanting a baby, and Nicole knowing that she can’t carry a child to full term. It’s a struggle knowing that he’s going to have his own kin, if you will.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that in Nicole’s head, she’s now concerned that Eric is going to pick Jada over her for obvious reasons. She’s now stuck with no one and her break up with Rafe couldn’t be at a worse time. Arianne adds, “Even though that still was the right thing to do because she was having these feelings for Eric, so she was emotionally cheating on Rafe, she can’t believe that this is happening. Nicole is shattered and feels like she’s in limbo.”
