According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, things are certainly heating up between Chloe and Stefan, until she starts to pull back. Is someone having second thoughts here? It might be because she realizes that she’s moving a little too fast with Stefan. She doesn’t want to make the same mistakes she’s already made in the past.

Actress Nadia Bjorlin, who plays Chloe on the hit Peacock soap, explains to the publication, “Chloe instigates the kiss. She’s like, ‘Please, make me forget my heartache in this moment, make me feel good.’ That said, Chloe was really blindsided by Brady breaking up with her. It came out of nowhere and she doesn’t understand what happened.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Stefan quickly points out that Brady has already moved on with Kristen, so it should make sense for her to move on with him. However, Nadia adds, “Chloe’s not sure that she can trust Stefan and his feelings. She’s not sure he can trust his own feelings at this point. Also, Stefan burned her once before, and she’s not ready to be heartbroken again.”

Not only that, but there’s also some concern about Rolf possibly brainwashing Stefan. She sure has a good intuition for these kinds of things, right? Nadia continues, “Stefan believes his feelings for Chloe are genuine. He’s very sincere and relentless. He tells Chloe they can take things at whatever pace works for her.”
