While Ben is off sailing the world with his love Ciara Brady and their baby, it seems like Robert Scott Wilson is having a great  time playing his new alter ego, Alex Kiriakis. What’s more, Days of Our Lives fans seem to be digging his new persona more than the character who was once known as Salem’s Necktie Killer.

Of course, many Days of Our Lives fans have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter. Some comments have included, “I am so enjoying the Alex Kiriakis character a lot more then Ben Weston. I am sure he is so much more fun to play and Robert Scott Wilson is going such an amazing job,” along with, “Rob you are killing it in the role of Alex Kiriakas for sure. I was at your debut show on TPIR and a huge fan. Also you made history on the 3 way that was done tastefully. But miss Ben and Ciara but Alex is a HOOT.”

Another fan wrote, “Alex Kiriakis can put me in handcuffs anytime. I think RSW should continue playing this character. He is killing it.”

Days Of Our Lives POLL: What’s Next For RSW?

Back over the summer, Robert Scott Wilson told TV Insider that he was excited about playing Alex on the hit Peacock soap. He said, “Ultimately, just like everybody you end up finding one that changes your ways and Alex seemingly feels he’s found the one to change his ways. Does she reciprocate that in the beginning? Probably not, she knows he’s kind of an asshole. But that’s going to be the story of him finding his humanity, finding his heart and changing his ways for the better for the romantic side of things.”
