The Young and the Restless spoilers say that they don’t make a love like this anymore. Well, that’s what some people might think. Nate is absolutely shocked to find Elena at his front door after her return from Baltimore. He’s especially shocked since the last time that they saw each other, their conversation didn’t go too well. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Brytni Sarpy, who plays Elena on the hit CBS soap, says that her character believes that her perspective in this situation has evolved. In other words, she’s willing to give things a second chance, for better or for worse.
She puts it this way, “Considering the work she has put into her relationship with Nate and the love shared between them, she isn’t ready to throw it all away without exhausting every effort to try to save their relationship.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Elena then tells Nate that she didn’t take the job. At the same time though, Nate shares with Elena that he’s taken the job with Victoria Newman to be the new CEO of Newman Media. Elena can’t help but wonder if he’s making the right decision here.
Brytni says, “Elena once considered Victoria to be a friend and is disappointed to learn that Victoria is as cutthroat as the rest of her family, and doesn’t care about anything beyond what benefits her bottom line.”
That said, it appears as though Nate and Elena are looking to put the past in the past and reconcile. At least for now. Needless to say, The Young and the Restless fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
