While Mark and Sharon have never really gone “official,” so to speak, they’ve shared plenty of photos online suggesting that they were indeed a couple. But at the same time, they’ve never spoken about their relationship, the status of their relationship, or provided any details of said relationship. 

With that said, many eagle-eyed fans have noticed that it’s been a long time since Sharon and Mark have shared an Instagram photo together. Instead, his latest photo was with his co-star Courtney Hope. This has a lot of fans believing that something must be going on behind the scenes, if you can catch our drift here! Of course, there’s also the chance that they could just be very good friends.

Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have taken to their social media accounts to weigh in on the matter. Some commented with, “Wow interesting Mark and Sally are together in real life I never knew that that’s great hope they are happy this is a great picture of all them,” along with, “What happened to his off screen relationship with Sharon Case? I hope in real life Sally is not causing trouble for Adam and Sharon.Sally in real life wasn’t married for 5 mins.”

Another concerned fan wrote, “I love Courtney with Mark!! They have good chemistry with each other. I thought that might happen. You can see the heat between them.”

So far Sharon Case has not made any comments about the matter, but nor has Mark Grossman or Courtney Hope, either. Seeing how Mark and Sharon were so secretive about their romance to begin with, there’s a very good chance that they won’t say anything about their current status and whether or not they’ve broken up, too. If this sounds like a real-life soap storyline, it could very well be one, right?
