The Young and the Restless spoilers say that it’s always a good thing when the co-stars have great chemistry both on and off screen, right? Well, that might be the case as a lot of fans have noticed that Courtney Hope has been spending a whole lot of time with her co-star, Mark Grossman. Here’s what you need to know.
As many The Young and the Restless fans are well aware, Sally Spectra can’t seem to make up her mind when it comes to Adam Newman and his brother, Nick Newman. Well off screen, that isn’t the case at all as it seems like Courtney has a solid friendship with Mark. The two were even seen partying it up at a haunted house with their fellow The Young and the Restless co-stars Bryton James, Donny Boaz and Rory Gibson. How fun!
Earlier in the month, Courtney opened up about something that she feels is the most important in her life right now. She took to her Instagram account to write, “If you know me, you know how much I LOVE meditating. sometimes for 10 minutes, sometimes for an hour! It’s completely changed and transformed my life, continues to do so every morning when I close my eyes and drift into a space beyond myself. I know a lot of people that I’ve spoken with have trouble meditating, getting out of their head, or sometimes just don’t even know where to start.”
She continued, “@vishen has written this wonderful book ‘The 6 Phase Meditation Method’ to help you cultivate and simplify your meditation practice and transform your world, present moment and future.”
One can only wonder if Courntey is spending a little time mediating with her co-stars as well, right? Let’s hope so!
