General Hospital spoilers say that when it comes to Sonny Corinthos and Nina Reeves, it seems like fans either absolutely love their relationship, or they loathe it. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Who should Sonny be with? That’s what a lot of General Hospital fans can’t help but ask time and time again. And while there are some people who think he belongs with his ex-wife Carly Corinthos until the end of time, others think that his romance with Nina Reeves has changed him, and for the better.
Of course, it didn’t take very long for both General Hospital fans and critics alike to weigh in on Sonny and Nina’s relationship. Some comments have included, “I just loved them right away. I will say the way they developed has made me less nervous that they would go down the typical Sonny w/ current flame path, this seems like it will last awhile even though they will have their ups and downs of course,” along with, “No, they just replaced her with Carly’s life. They took a script scratched over Carly’s name and wrote nina. Also gave her Carly’s wardrobe and will now continue to ruin her character when willows secret comes out and nina will once again be victimized by carly. It doesn’t matter Laura Wright has been on GH for 20 years.”
Another fan said, “I like this new Sonny, he’s more likable now, and I never liked him before. Nina has definitely helped him become more likable. As for the couple themselves, they are okay. I’m not blown away. They still come across as a bit awkward to me. I’m Team anything against Carly!”
And then there was this comment, “For the hundredth time NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! The ff button on my remote is worn out because of them. Sonny’s gone from my favorite to last on my list-just too much Smike still left in him. Sorry.”
