Days of Our Lives spoilers say that at this point, the residents of Salem should just go get a serum to use for everything in their day to day lives seeing how important it’s become. In fact, John and Rex are thrilled when Marlena rallies after Rex injects her with the serum. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Kyle Lowder, who plays Rex on the hit Peacock soap, says that at this point everyone knows that it is an extremely experimental situation, but that isn’t stopping anyone from using it. He puts it this way to the publication, “Rex ran some tests in the lab to make sure the serum is as close to the one Roman for 20 years ago. He tried to recreate the serum the best he could from the anonymous delivery of the orchin. He was confident enough that he wanted to proceed, and they didn’t have a choice. They couldn’t afford not to at least try it out. Rex is cautious, but confident at the same time.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that after Marlena’s positive reaction, Rex administers the serum to Kayla, who is surrounded by her family. But they don’t get the results that they want as she fades fast and flatlines. Uh-oh!
Kyle continues, “The initial reaction freaks everybody out, and especially Steve, Stephanie, Tripp and Joey. Rey is like, ‘Wait a minute. This wasn’t supposed to happen.’ Especially since Kate is next on the list. However, Rex has always been very cool under fire. He is determined to see it through.”
