General Hospital Spoilers: Diane Finally Remembers What Happened The Night Of The Attack

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, when Diane regains consciousness following her attack from the Hook, she feels like he’s in an altered state of mind. But at the same time, she begins to remember certain little details from the night of the attack.

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actress Carolyn Henessy, who plays Diane on the hit ABC soap, says, “As she comes out of the fog of post-op sedatives, Diane is in a lot of pain and basically just wants to regain her mind, which is her favorite thing about herself, her best asset. And she’s distressed: she was hooked, for heaven’s sake! Diane Miller can imagine a lot of things happening to her, but being a victim of a serial killer is certainly not one of them.”

General Hospital spoilers say that while Robert begins to question her about the assault, Sonny comes in and soon enough, Diane’s memory starts to trickle back.  Carolyn continues, “The details are coming back slowly, but they are coming back. Then she has a flash of memory and she can remember that the serial killer had bracelets. They were jangling. And then she came face to face with her attacker and it was a woman, not a gentleman! It’s a surprise to everyone when she is adamant that it is a woman.”
