The Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Keeps Brooke At A Distance – But For How Long?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is doing whatever she can to keep her stepmother Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) at bay – even if that means she has to intercept her calls. And that’s exactly what Steffy does in order to keep Brooke and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) apart, especially when she intercepts her stepmother’s call and tells her that Ridge is too busy with her mother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on the hit CBS soap, says, “Steffy has Ridge and Taylor together in a warm and loving family environment. She’s not going to ruin the moment with Brooke. Steffy thinks Taylor is a much better match for Ridge. They have always loved each other, and Taylor does not have all the drama that Brooke brings – at least not now.”

JMW also sias that her character can’t help but feel triumphant for rubbing Ridge and Taylor’s budding relationship in Brooke’s face, for better or for worse. But that said, Steffy realizes that being in a constant battle with both Brooke and Hope isn’t healthy for her. 

The actress adds, “Steffy would like them to coexist peacefully, but that means Brooke and Hope accept that Ridge belongs with Taylor. For the sake of the kids, she would like there to be no animosity.”

The Bold and the Beautiful: What’s Next For Ridge And Taylor?

But that said, Steffy still wants to reunite her parents. Jacqueline said, “It’s all about the miracle in Monte Carlo. The kiss her parents shared was a good omen.”

In other words, Steffy wants to keep things the way they are going now. Needless to say, The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
