The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it seems like everyone has something to say when it comes to the custody battle over Douglas Forrester and this time around even Katie Logan is chiming in with her two cents. Needless to say, she is absolutely on Team Logan. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Heather Tom, who plays Katie on the hit CBS soap, makes it no secret that her character is definitely on Hope Logan’s side in this case. She puts it this way, “Katie knows that Hope wants Douglas to have a relationship with his father but he has a life with her. He’s comfortable there. If you remember, Katie went through her own issues with Will and his father and she realizes that there is nothing more touching than a mother’s love, and Hope has that with Douglas.”
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers also say that Katie sees just how much progress Douglas has made while under Hope’s care and she thinks that shouldn’t change. Heather said,
Hope has been a wonderful mother to Douglas. Thomas is a guy who allowed Hope to think he was dead. That’s pretty gnarly. Katie is very wary of what Thomas’s motives are.”
And while this might dampen things between the Forresters and Katie, her portrayer doesn’t think it should bother her at all. Heather added, “Katie has a relationship with the Forresters, which she really values but she really values her family. She is a Logan girl and that’s where she is. Her sisters are united with that.”
We have a feeling that this custody battle is going to last for some time to come. Needless to say, The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
