British Royal News says that a lot of royal fans and critics alike can’t help but wonder what may really be going on behind closed doors at Windsor Castle. There’s a new report that says Prince Charles is visiting his mother Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle every morning just as some reports say that her health may be on the decline. Here’s what you need to know.
Apparently, Prince Charles is putting in a whole lot of time with his mother these days, for better or for worse. Ingrid Seward, of Majesty Magazine, said: “It’s highly unusual for Prince Charles to make these kinds of impromptu visits to see his mother. But Charles is a very thoughtful person — and who else can she rely on now Prince Philip has gone? Everyone thinks they normally see each other all the time, but they don’t. They often blame it on the geography because everyone is scattered all around the country.”
This all comes after royal journalist Angela Levin took to her Twitter account to let her fans and followers know that there has been some concern about Queen Elizabeth behind the scenes. She wrote, “A source has said that there had been ‘a change in the past few weeks’ in the Queen’s mobility, which meant that she was ‘resting’ a lot more.”
The 96-year-old monarch, who has cut back on public engagements due to mobility issues, has been seen less and less in public lately. In fact, she also cut back on some of her appearances during her Platinum Jubilee celebrations back in June, prompting a lot of people to wonder what might really be going on. Unfortunately, Buckingham Palace has been keeping very quiet about the queen’s condition, which has done nothing more than prompt even more speculation as to what may be happening.
