As many B&B fans know by now, Thomas is doing everything he can to bring Douglas back into his life again, even though he had previously asked Hope Logan to be his adoptive mother. But now that Thomas’ life has changed for the better, he thinks that he can provide Douglas with the kind of life that he deserves. After all, he is his father. But at the same time, Hope doesn’t want to let go of the boy, especially since she considers him as her own son.

Needless to say, many The Bold and the Beautiful fans and critics alike commented on the storyline on social media. Some said, “Thomas can’t provide Douglas with the same stability and structure that Hope has provided him with. Just like Hope said yesterday this is a time for celebration why are they picking a fight?” along with, “Douglas said many times that he wants to live with his dad since 2021. Hope has heard him say that many times and she doesn’t seem to see and listen to what Douglas says many times. And Hope says I can “give” you some time together, that’s totally ridiculous.”

Another fan said, “Give Thomas Forrester his son back.  No Logan should be raising Ridge and Taylor oldest grandchild. Reunite Douglas Forrester with his Forrester family.”
