The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Ridge Forrester just wants to come clean. In the latest episode, he confessed to Brooke that he did indeed kiss his ex-wife Taylor Hayes when they were in Monaco. And of course, Brooke’s reaction is exactly what you’d expect. Here’s what you need to know.
Ridge decided that honesty is the best policy when he told Brooke that he locked lips with Taylor. Needless to say, Brooke is livid over it. But then again, she did kiss Deacon Sharpe on the lips back on New Year’s Eve, right? As much as Brooke wants to be understanding, it’s not like these two haven’t dealt with a similar situation before.
Of course, it didn’t take very long for both fans and critics of the show to weigh in on the matter. Many of them commented with, “Brooke has every right to be upset with Ridge for kissing Taylor. Brooke and Ridge are still married. What’s being said here is: Ridge can be mad at Brooke for kissing Deacon while drunk, but Brooke can’t be upset with Ridge for kissing Taylor while they both were sober,” along with, “Are they going to split up again for the 99th time then get married few months later for the 100th time? Is this a joke B&B. I bet when these 2 leave – the same storylines will b for Hope, Steff & Liam.”
Another fan wrote, “I’m so happy he was HONEST right away!! So, there’s really nothing for Brooke to be mad about!! Unlike her who lied and kept quiet about so much other stuff!!”
And then there was this comment, “Didn’t he initiate the kiss? If he was going to confess it should have been when he got home not days later. Between the kiss and them taking their own kids side in the who should have Douglas drama, this is what’s going to break them up for the 1000th time.”
