The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that this daytime television actor is sure keeping busy! Not only did he just land a new role on Cobra Kai, but it looks like Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) is hard at work writing a new book! Here’s what you nee to know.
Sean, who is best known for his role as Deacon Sharpe on the hit CBS soap, recently told Soap Opera Digest that he hopes his fourth book will help inspire his fans just as much as his last three did. He said, “It just kind of sneaked up on me. I’m humbled and I’m honored, and I’m just touched from the bottom of my heart from people.”
Sean went on to say that writing is his passion as much as acting is for him. He continued, “I really do love writing and I’m very moved by the subject matter at the time, and I think I have more to say. I’m already outlining the next book and my hope is that it may be out during the first quarter of next year. This is like a movement. I love seeing the people become the best they can become, the most authentic of who they are meant to be and if I can help in any way, that helps me along my own way.”
The actor also said that it’s all been a learning process for him just as much as for his fans. He said, “I learn as much as I try to give, and this has been a great journey.”
With that said, Sean did not say when his book will come out, but there’s no doubt that we will update you with all of the latest details as far as when it will hit bookshelves. Until then, fans will just have to enjoy watching him as Deacon on The Bold and the Beautiful!
