The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Genoa City is definitely not big enough for the two of them – at least not at the same time. When Nate books a musical act for a festival in Chicago, little does he know that Devon had already booked the performer for a festival in Los Angeles. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Bryton James, who plays Devon on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “It’s the second time in a short time span of Nate taking the initiative to do something without getting proper approval for it. It’s disrespectful to their way of doing business.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nate comes up with an idea to find a replacement from one of the festivals, but it looks like Devon has another idea. Bryton continues, “It’s about how unprofessional this makes them look, like they don’t know how they are doing. Devon tells him that they have to do damage control because Nate once again didn’t listen, but Nate thinks Devon is overreacting, which really frustrates him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers also say that Devon proposes that they have a mentor come in and help Nate but he doesn’t think he needs an intern to come in and supervise everything. Bryton adds, “Devon feels if they weren’t related, Nate wouldn’t be reacting this way. This is not a sign of good times to come.”
In other words, there’s going to be a clash that might end up turning into a bitter war between these two men. But it’s not like we haven’t seen anything like this happen in Genoa City before, right? Watch this space.
