The Young and the Restless spoilers say that when it comes to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), there’s just no knowing what she will do or what she will say next, especially when she has a certain plan in mind. In fact, as more and more people begin to believe that Diane is not the same person that she once was before, Phyllis is trying to prove everyone otherwise. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Phyllis has a new plan in mind, and that plan is to get rid of Diane as swiftly and as quickly as possible. Michelle Stafford tells the publication in a new interview, “Phyllis isn’t buying any of Diane’s act. Phyllis needs to run this bitch out of town.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Phyllis is going to do what Phyllis does best and that’s get other people involved in her scheme, including Nikii and Ashley. Michelle explains, “They need to get someone on the inside of Marchetti who can sabotage Diane’s work. It’s got to be someone they can trust, so Nikki suggests that Phyllis be the one since Summer has already asked her mom to come work with her. Phyllis agrees but she has to make sure that her plan doesn’t reflect badly on Marchetti in any way.”
If that weren’t enough, Phyllis then decides to take a break from the hotel and later meets with Summer, who can’t help but give her mother a side eye after finding out that she has reconsidered the job offer. Michelle also adds, “She really does want to work with her daughter so that’s based in truth – but the real reason is that she wants to bring Diane down!”
