The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that this really shouldn’t surprise anyone, but it seems like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is having a very hard time adjusting to her new life without Finn (Tanner Novlan) by her side. Things are so bad for her right now that it seems like Steffy just can’t shake off her depressive state of mind. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Steffy heads to Monaco in the hopes that she can get treatment in a mental health clinic. She thinks that Finn is dead and can’t stop grieving for him. She’s also seriously depressed.
Actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on the hit CBS soap, admits that her character certainly has a case of the sads – and in a big way, too. She puts it this way in a new interview, “She’s deep into her mind and heart in the midst of a beautiful location. She’s gone deep within herself. She’s experiencing lots of memories of Finn, their love, their family and how now, it’s all shattered. Steffy feels so fortunate to have had such a solid, true love for Finn. She thought she’d never have that with anyone but Liam.”
Jaqueline added, “Finn was so good to Steffy. He always put her and the children first and protected her, obviously with his life. She knows she is strong, but this is more than her heart can endure right now.”
In other words, there’s a very good chance that Steffy might be headed towards a downward spiral if something isn’t done fast to help her. B&B fans have seen this before with Steffy and they know that it can and will happen again.
Needless to say, fans will certainly have to tune in each and every day this week to find out what’s in store!
