The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy will present Chelsea with an offer that she can’t refuse, similar to the offer that Sally Spectra has given Cheloe. After breaking things off with Chloe, Chelsea meets with Lauren, who is expecting to see new designs for the upcoming winter collection. Instead, she finds out that her top designer is quitting. After Chelsea explains that she’s not in a good place mental health wise, she offers a friend her place just so she could leave the company in good hands for Lauren. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Chelsea turns down Kyle and Summer’s offer to design for Marchetti. She then runs into Billy, who shares that he took her earlier advice concerning his podcast.
Melissa Claire Egan, who plays Chelsea on the hit CBS soap, previews, “When he asked what she thought of his podcast, she was like, ‘To be honest, your podcast is boring and serious. It needs some levity. So when Billy finds out that Chelsea isn’t in the design business anymore, he comes to her and says, ‘You gave me great insight about my podcast. Why don’t you join me?’”
The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Chelsea is shocked when Billy asks her to be his co-host, citing their ability to play off from each other pretty well. Melissa continues, “She thinks this sounds exciting, actually, and might be a way for her to kind of heal. She’s trying to come out of these dark times and start fresh, so this could be what she needs. So, will Chelsea start a new career with a friend who could potentially become more than just a friend?”
