The actress, who is best known for her role as Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, recently opened up to her fans about how she feels ready to start her week off with some fresh goals in mind. Sharing a make-up free photo of herself that was most likely taken at the gym, Courtney wrote, “Starting off this week with a new mindset, new routine and new goals. Listened to some podcasts by @drjoedispenza and @lewishowes this weekend and I’m all fired up. What are you doing to set your week off right?”
Needless to say, it didn’t take very long for her fans and her followers to comment on her photo. Many of them wrote, “Went for a walk, ate some fresh fruit and reflected on all I’ve accomplished so far this year. Self-care/appreciation is important!” along with, “This never gets old. You are relentless at being a better human in such a fallen world. Take all of your success out of it I truly admire someone as special as you! I see you as another me, rather than she has more than me lol it’s a whole mood, the way you carry yourself and I get the chills, whenever I see this kind of inspiration from a well known successful businesswoman!”
Another fan wrote, “I am also starting this week off with a new mindset and some new goals! I’m trying to come back from the dead. Lol. Really bad chest and head cold. Killing me. Hoping I can work out tomorrow. Took a short walk today.”
