Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Jan is now dealing with a new chapter in her life and while she feels truly best to be a mother, she’s also feeling very protective of her newborn baby. That, and she also has some high hopes for Shawn for this reason, too. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, actress Heather Lindall, who plays Jan on the hit CBS soap, says that despite this great feeling she’s riding on right now, Jan knows that she’s going back to jail. However, there’s one person who is trying to keep her out of the slammer: Shawn. The fact that he’s trying to keep her out of prison and that he’s upset with Belle is giving her some solace.
Heather put it this way, “Hearing Belle spent the night somewhere else and with someone else… this has been what Jan thought would be the fallout. She had hoped that she’d move in and this would be the result, that it would drive Shawn and Belle apart naturally.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Shawn spending all this time with Jan is giving her hopes that they might indeed have a future together. Heather continued, “With everything that Shawn’s been doing – he’s been feeding Jan, he’s been protecting her – Jan feels like Shawn cares for her and is excited for their baby; that it’s a natural progression and they are going to keep getting closer and end up together.”
Then again, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Salem is that it’s very rare that your dreams come true, right? Watch this space.
