The Bold and the Beautiful star Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) recently shared a poignant message with his fans and it’s one that he believes everyone should hear, especially when it comes to putting the best version of yourself first. Here’s what he has to say!
If there’s anything that fans already know about Don, it’s that he is incredibly serious when it comes to his health and fitness. Sharing a photo of himself at the gym, Don wrote, “GOOD #workoutwednesday MORNING, or afternoon, or evening depending on where you are. I hope everybody’s doing well, and I hope you guys are doing something to take care of yourselves! You can go hard. You can go easy. You can go fast. You can go slow. But just go! Keep moving! ( which is what I tell myself all the time ).”
The handsome actor continued, “I was up early getting one in before starting the rest of my day. I didn’t spend a lot of time, but it was quality time. I haven’t posted on a Workout Wednesday in a while, so I’ll just remind you guys that….Doing a little something, is better than doing a lot of nothing!!”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for his fans and his followers to comment on his post. Many of them wrote, “Walking on my treadmill as I’m reading this..go hard tomorrow! Need better sleep first!!” along with, “Beautiful sight! And yes Dollar Bill I’m on my health! You are an Amazing actor! Been following since Days of our lives! The one song reminds me of you! A freight train running through the middle of my head!!”
Another fan wrote, “I’m writing that last sentence down and adding it to my vision board!!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!! By the way I’m sure that a lot of fans would agree that you are the ultimate DILF. Thanks for the inspiration, as always!”
