The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that a lot of fans can’t help but wonder why Li (Naomi Matsuda) is not getting more respect or at least the attention that she deserves on the show. After all, the son that she helped raise, Finn (Tanner Novlan) is presumed to be dead and yet she’s not in the center of this storyline at all. Here’s what you need to know.

While there’s some speculation suggesting that Li might know what the real truth is about Finn’s shooting and that she might actually be hiding the fact that he is alive, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that she’s about to confront Finn’s killer, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). And when she does, let’s just say that the drama is going to hit the you-know-what. 

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both fans and critics of The Bold and the Beautiful to weigh in on the matter. Many of them wrote, “I love this actress who plays Li (Naomi Matsuda) She’s a find a strong, assertive Amer-Asian woman, she is a keeper on contract and she’s fresh and you could build a solid Asian family around her. After he found out Sheila was his bio-mother, Finn treated Li like an afterthought. Steffy treats Li like she doesn’t exist. The writers treat Li like she’s an extra,” along with, “Agree, agree and beyond agree but we ALL know this is Brad’s MO. It makes absolutely NO sense to completely leave Li and Jack out of this. Not even remotely realistic! Yet we get, of course, PLENTY of Liam, Steffy and Hopeless.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Li?

Another critic wrote, “This is Brad’s MO – hire good actors and make them sit and do nothing. There’s such a list of name actors who came to this show with lots of fanfare only to be quickly back-burnered and sent packing without even a goodbye.”
