The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Genoa City, it’s that the same people keep going back to each other, despite their complicated history of messy break ups and make ups. Well, it seems like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has not learned his lesson yet as there’s new speculation that he might find his way back with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) now that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is dead. Here’s what you need to know.
There’s rampant speculation that an upcoming storyline might see Adam and Chelsea back in each other’s arms again. When Chelsea came back to Genoa City earlier this year, she wanted to rekindle her romance and her relationship with Adam, but he made it clear that he had moved on with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) already. Clearly, a woman like Chelsea wasn’t going to be single forever and that’s when things started to heat up between her and Rey. But now that Rey has died in a horrible car crash that might or might not have been Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) fault, she’s now grief-stricken and well, looking for some comfort. Who better to comfort her than her baby daddy Adam, right?
That said, Adam might also be distancing himself from Sally. It wasn’t too long ago that she told him that she was falling in love with him, which is a territory that Adam feels uncomfortable being in. He will wine and dine you, sleep with you, and tell you sweet nothings, but Adam will not fall in love with you, no matter who you are.
This has prompted a lot of people to wonder: will the toxic love story continue between Adam and Chelsea? Is Sally about to get unceremoniously dumped? What do you think?

I want Adam to dump Sally. I want Adam and Chelsea back together and in love . .
Nononononono more Chelsea and Adam!! I am so done with that relationship, and feel that viewers do not need another cycle of abuse between them! Sally and Adam have a new, fresh, relationship, that has yet to be mined; please keep it coming!!
Thank you and I feel the same way, Chelsea is too dam needy for attention just move on and step her game up be secure with her self. I love Adam with Sally they are hot and the writers of Y & R needs to do better with their writing.
