The Young and the Restless spoilers say that this really shouldn’t surprise anyone because sooner or later, she was going to say it. Of course, we are talking about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) as it seems like she is falling for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in more than just one way and that she might also be looking to take their romance to the next level. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Sally has not felt this way for anyone in her life, and that includes Wyatt Spencer, who she left behind in the fictional town of Los Angeles on The Bold and the Beautiful. Despite all of the drama going on with his sister Victoria Newman and Ashland Locke, Sally is trying to put the focus back on their relationship, as hard as it may be. Either way, she tries to find out what Adam really thinks of his sister in the hopes that she can can more insight into his feelings.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Courtney puts it this way, “Sally knows that Adam does care for Victoria, so it’s more of a question than a pointed statement. The way Sally poses it is, ‘I’m just trying to find out more about you.’ Instead, he foes on the defense, which amps up the conversation.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Adam begins to doubt himself and wonders if he is the awful person some people make him out to be. That’s when Sally tells him that she wouldn’t be falling in love with him if that were the case.
Courtney continued, “I don’t think she was planning to say she loves him in that moment, so he’s definitely thrown. He takes a moment to think about what she said and then he responds appropriately – well, at least for Adam.”
