According to new reports, The Bold and the Beautiful is on fire. During the week of April 4-8, the show performed it’s highest in total viewers this season! In fact, the CBS sudster drew in an additional 219,000 viewers, and even managed to knock down The Young and the Restless from the top soap spot. And let us tell you, that almost never happens so that’s another reason for The Bold and the Beautiful fans to celebrate. How exciting! That said, many people believe that the higher ratings are due in part because of Sheila’s double shooting last week. She shot her son Finn dead and then shot Steffy Forrester in order for her to keep quiet about it.
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for B&B fans to weigh in on the matter. Many of them wrote, “I predicted that B&B would go way up and it did as the Sheila stuff is must see TV right now. Like or hate Sheila she brings the eyeballs to the show and back when she was on Y&R as well. The greatest villain of all-time has made the show very entertaining. The other soaps are doing well too but just nothing special going on. DAYS can do better but they’re still in a good spot.”
Other comments have included, “WTH did Bold and the Beautiful #1 again? I’m sorry the show did was terrible for killing Finn off the show,” along with, “Even though the show might’ve pissed some people off it’s entertaining right now and that’s what soaps do best they piss off a portion of people but make it watchable for everybody. B&B deserves to be #1 they’ve been entertaining for the past two weeks.”
In the meantime, let us know what you think by leaving us a line with your thoughts in our comments section below. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.

I hate to see The love triangle with Liam, Steffy and Hope happen all over again!!!! It’s rumored that Liam will move in with Steffy , so ridiculous, he has a wife and that’s not Steffy, and even if Steffy believes they’re still married she needs to be told the truth!
Bring Finn back
Love the intense moments that are finally part of the show. Kimberly is a great actress. What we don't want to see is another triangle with Hope, Liam and Steffy.....so boring and old. It's ridiculous to have brought back the Taylor, Ridge and Brooke trio again. It's turning off the majority of the fans and after the Sheila thing comes to a conclusion if that is all they have are these two triangles it will fail
