The Young and the Restless spoilers say that when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) goes to check on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) she’s surprised to find someone that she hasn’t seen in many years: Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Needless to say, Phyllis isn’t happy with this encounter at all. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Jack is forced to explain to Phyllis why Diane had contacted him. Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actor Peter Bergman, who plays Jack Abbott on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Jack explains to Phyllis that Diane wants access to Kyle an that Jack told her, ‘Not a chance in hell are you getting anywhere near him!’ Phyllis’s response is a bit of a surprise. She points out that Kyle isn’t a little boy anymore.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Phyllis can’t believe that Jack would keep the fact that Diane is alive from their son. However, it seems like Jack has a plan for Diane and how they plan on telling Kyle that his mother is still alive. He wants to take a delicate approach to this matter, because he knows that this can go very well or it can also go terribly wrong.
Peter Bergman says, “Jack tells Diane that he will help her to work this out, but if Kyle wants nothing to do with her, then she needs to turn around and way away. Jack agrees to give Kyle her information, and whether or not he contacts her is his choice. For now, ‘Stay away from him.’ Interestingly, what Allie needs in her life are not worlds apart.”
Now, whether or not Kyle will want to have anything to do with his mother remains to be seen.
