The Young and the Restless star Mishael Morgan has shared heartbreaking and tragic news about her family. Her brother-in-law, his wife and their three children perished in a house fire this past week. Here’s what you need to know.
Mishael took to her Twitter account to write, “On Monday morning my husband’s only brother, perished with his wife & 3 kids in a tragic house fire. I am still in absolute disbelief. My sister-in-law set up a fund, please pray for my family & donate if you are able.”
According to their GoFundMe page, a fire in Brampton Ontario claimed the lives of 5 of her family members: Nazir Ali, son of Nawab Ali and Samina Ali. Raven Alisha Ali O’Dea daughter of Louis Felipa and Bonnie O’Dea and their three beautiful children. The site also said, “Nazir and Raven were two of the most amazing young people, who dedicated their lives to their children. They were loving, selfless, and empathetic. Nazir was a loving son and caring brother to his 5 siblings and Raven was a loving daughter caring sister to her 4 siblings. Their absence will forever be felt in our lives.”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for her Twitter followers to comment on her post. Many of them wrote, “So sorry for your husband’s, and your families loss. May his brother, your in-law, and those kids RIP they are with God now flying high with the angels. My heart goes out to you all. God will heal your hearts during your time of mourning,” along with, “There are no words to convey how sorry I am to hear this. Sending comforting prayers to you and your family.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mishael Morgan and her entire family. So far Mishael herself has not made any additional comments about the matter.
