The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that while Thomas Forrester (Matthew Aktinson) has certainly done his fair share of shady things in the past, it seems like he’s not about to take a step back when he’s done so much to take two steps forward in his life. In fact, it seems like Thomas is conflicted with what to do about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and that little secret that she told him about what she did to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) on New Year’s Eve. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Thomas is feeling a sense of guilt and he’s also feeling like he’s being pulled in two different directions. Because on one hand, he knows that his father Ridge Forrester is better off without a person like Brooke in his life. But on the other hand, knowing that it was Sheila who spiked her drink that night and made her fall off the wagon isn’t sitting well with him either.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it’s Thomas’ mother Taylor Hayes that makes him promise her that he won’t do anything to get in the way of Brooke and Ridge’s marriage. Matthew Atkinson, who plays Thomas on the hit CBS soap, says, “What people who lie by omission will say is, technically he’s not actively doing anything, he’s refusing to actively do something. It’s already happened. He’s just not going to say anything.”
But then again, Thomas doesn’t want to lie in the long run. Matthew adds, “I think he wants the truth to come out. He’s been put in this situation where he’s been struggling day in and day out and if he came out, I think it would be a relief.”
