The Young and the Restless spoilers say that despite the circumstances of their past, it seems like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) wants to turn his wrongs into rights when it comes to Allie (Kelsey Wang). Here’s what you need to know!

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Peter Bergman, who plays Jack Abbott on the hit CBS soap, put it this way, “Through the years, Jack has evolved into the patriarchal role, the person the Abbotts can depend on, but his rift with Keemo is an argument against all of that. He really dropped the ball thinking that Keemo would eventually come around and work things out but Jack waited too long and it’s too late now, but Alle is maybe an answer to that. With her, there could be a source of redemption for Jack and he can fix this.”

That said, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Jack feels quite upset to learn that Kemmo never really mentioned Jack to Allie. Keemo never really gave her much information, other than his mother had an affair with an American guy. Simply put, he wanted nothing to do with his father.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Jack?

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that before Jack returns back home, he does leave things on a hopeful note with Allie. Peter continued, “Allie told Jack that maybe they can get together for coffee the next time he’s out in L.A. and he wants to run with that, but he knows that he needs to be really patient and let her take the lead.”

If that weren’t enough, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), who was also on the trip with him, weighed in on the matter. This prompts Jack to make the first move with the granddaughter that he never knew he had. Even though he is a complete stranger to her, Jack does want a relationship with Allie, for better or for worse.
