The Young and the Restless spoilers say that by being a Newman, you’d think that she would have known better. That, or her radar would be working at full power in order to detect all of her husband’s lies! Of course, we are talking about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) who seems to be siding more with her two-faced husband Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) than her own family! The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is on the war path because Ashland is doing more than a little bit of damage to his family and maybe even to his legacy, too. However, the damage seems to be done with Victoria already, prompting a lot of people to ask: is she making a huge mistake with Ashland? Or worse, is she brainwashed by the man?
Of course, it didn’t take very long for The Young and the Restless fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter on social media. Many of them wrote, “This is what happens when you lie all the time. I wouldn’t mind but Victoria knew Ashland for two months before she agreed to marry him. She knew he was only supposed to live for a few months and this marriage was the seal on the deal for Newman and Locke to merge and Victoria would have the merged company after his death. Now it’s all about Victoria being madly in love with Ashland and nobody wants her to be hurt or embarrassed by Ashland getting over on the Newman company.”
Another fan said, “I agree! I wish that they just wrote Victoria as knowing Ashland’s secret without Ashland knowing it. The document he was to sign wasn’t to be Co-CEO (stupid) but Victoria tricking him into signing over all of his shares to Victoria for 75% of their value,” along with, “I love Robert Newman in this role, much more than I thought I would. He isn’t as studly (for the age group) as the last Ashland but is much more charming and believable in the role. Also a better actor as I found oldAshland’s delivery quite monotone. I’d love to see Ashland kick things into next gear. Hope Michael is okay.”

I think that Victoria is being niece when it comes to her husband. She needs to wake up and smell the coffee. He is nothing but a two-faced liar. He's just using her to get control of Newman Enterprises. That's how he earned the nickname Lockness Monster.
I love Robert Newman. Remember him from

As for Victoria, well she thinks she is above everyone else. Spoiled BRAT. She needs to be
knocked down off her high pedestal.
She thinks nobody can do the job she does.
That includes Adam I hope will get the last laugh.
He plans to take everything they have, if you noticed he has brought in some of his staff from New York. With him taking the company the Newmans wouldn’t have a dime. She is so guliable

Victoria doesn't interest me as a character. The actor playing Ashland is doing a good job. If nothing else this story line allows Victor to make the faces he is famous for, and that is always a delight.
Victoria needs to be given the credit she deserves. Shes not as nieve as everyone thinks. Im hoping she tricked him into selling her shares when she found out what her dad found out about him. She knows her dad would not lie about something like that. Just watch your back Victoria when he finds out what you have done.

Once again , I hope Victor , the unstoppable head of family and powerful , is one to stop Ashland . But, that Victoria though in love with Ashland, is actually planning his demise along with her father. After all , they’ve played dumb before as an act and now they’ll strike Ashland down.
That’s what I love about Victor, he’s always one up to protect his family no matter what they’ve done. It may take him a bit to catch on but his suspicion's are always right . Phoenix rises .
