Days of Our Lives spoilers say that even fans knew that he wouldn’t be gone for too long. Actor Greg Rikarrt, who plays Leo Stark on the hit NBC soap, recently opened up to Soap Opera Digest about his return to the canvas. Here’s what he has to say!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Greg Rikaart Opens Up About Returning To Salem

As many of Greg’s fans already know, the last time that Leo Stark was scene in this fictional town of Salem was back in 2018. Greg had such a good time on the show that when the producers of Days of Our Lives called him back so he could return, he didn’t even flinch.

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Greg put it this way, “Leo is such a fun character to play. He’s devious, but there’s something really playful about him, even though he’s doing bad things from time to time. And, at least recently, none of it’s been result damning.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Leo?

Now, as far as what’s in store for Leo in the coming weeks ahead, Greg admits that he was filled in on some of the storyline specifics before he returned to the studio. He teased, “I found out that I was coming back to a love interest of a character who had been there. That relationship would, of course, have ramifications for other characters on the show, who are not at all pleased about Leo’s return and also his involvement with that character. There become multiple efforts from many different people to try and sabotage that relationship, much to Leo’s chagrin.”

In other words, it sounds like there are plenty of twists and turns ahead. Greg added, “Playing this character is such a gift. He really does have a larger than life personality. The clothes make the man as they say. I put on those really loud suits – clothes that I wouldn’t rear – and it really helps me morph into who this guy is.”
