General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) has every reason to be proud these days. That’s because her daughter Kate Grahn is fast becoming a rising star! Here’s what you need to know.
Nancy’s daughter Kate Grahn, who is a singer and songwriter and a talented artist just like her mother, will be performing at the Bowery Electric in New York City on February 28th. Her bio reads as, “23-year-old singer and songwriter Kate Grahn was born and bred in Los Angeles. Raised by an opinionated and independent single mother, Grahn is no stranger to resilience, self-expression and soul. Her music is raw and passionate, and she draw from influences like Donna Missal, Grace Potter, and Janis Joplin to tell honest stories about mental health, womanhood and coming of age.” That sure sounds like Nancy, doesn’t it?
Of course, it didn’t take very long for Nancy’s fans and followers to comment on her Twitter account with, “I look at her picture and I see a quiet looking young woman. But if you read her tweets or hear her voice then you know she is a smart, strong woman with a hell of a voice,” along with, “See you then!!! So excited. I’ve been waiting forever to see you perform live. I already have my tickets,” and “Kate, would you come up to Toronto to do a show once Covid restrictions on concerts are lifted?”
It’s no doubt that Nancy is very proud of her daughter’s career as she’s always been her biggest supporter, both on and off stage. Seeing how Kate has her mother Nancy’s beauty and talent we have a feeling that she’s going to be a big star just like her! We will definitely be following along as her music career continues to make waves. Watch this space as we have a feeling that we’ll be hearing much more of Kate in the near future, too.
