The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) might be acting like everything is fine, but deep down inside he is definitely hurting. And yes, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) can sense it too, especially now that everyone is getting ready to celebrate Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) engagement. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Sharon notices that Noah looks like he is struggling as family and friends come together to help decorate the coffeehouse for Mariah and Tessa’s engagement party. He’s feeling down knowing that someone who he once considered the love of his life is now moving on with someone new. Noah is now having a hard time putting on a good front.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Rory Gibson, who plays Noah Newman on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “He was really excited to see his family and things were all fantastic. Then reality settled in, and after getting battered by love, noah is very vulnerable, so it was easy for him to fall back in remembering what he had with Tessa. Sharon is picking up on the vibe and looks with Noah whenever Tessa enters the room.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the guests of honor arrive and the party gets started but it’s when Mariah and Tessa start dancing that Sharon realizes Noah is hurting. Rory further explains, “Obviously, being at this party does have a little bit of a sting to it. I think that there will continue to be a struggle within Noah, and he’ll keep trying to control that as much as he can. Luckily, this time, his dad comes to the rescue.”

Noah never considered Tessa the love of his life, that is a stretch. He liked her, but he also moved way to fast and jumped in, the character said that. He also was very jealous of the connection with Mariah as Tessa was sharing parts of her life and history with Mariah before sharing with him. If she’d been the love of his life he would’ve stayed and fought for her when they first broke up, he didn’t. And when he came come for a visit he assured Mariah he was over Tessa. They’re rewriting history with how affected he is by all this.
