The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) mind games between his children Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might soon backfire on him in a way that he wouldn’t have otherwise expected. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Adam is left floored when Victoria arrives at Newman Media and announced that she has purchased the company. Of course, the last thing that Victor had said to Adam was that he was thinking about selling the company to his half sister, but he didn’t say that he was actually going to do it. It’s the last thing that Adam wants right now.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Adam tries to cover his shock, but he feels as though the rug has been pulled from underneath him. Mark Grossman, who plays Adam on the hit CBS soap, offers this to the publication, “With Victor, there’s always a game of musical chairs with his kids. The kind of tactic is nothing new so Adam shouldn’t be surprised, but he was hoping Victor was done with pulling this crap. At least with Adam.”
Needless to say, Adam rushes to the Newman Ranch to confront his father. He wants answers, but this leads to a huge disagreement between them. Little does Adam know that Victor has been losing faith in him ever since Bill confessed to putting on an act that he was losing control of his life when he wasn’t. Victor blames Adam for not knowing better.
Of their argument, Mark explains, “Victor basically tells Adam that the choice is his: either stay on and work for Victoria or leave. This doesn’t sit well with Adam at all. Adam believes that Victoria is hoping he’ll leave so maybe he should stay on just to spite his sister. But right now, Adam is feeling pretty dispensable and that he can be easily tossed aside by Victor.”

I think Adam should find out that Victoria was in on Billy fake drinking. He should confront her in front of Victor with what he knows. Adam should put a bid in and win ChanceCom from under Victoria, let Victoria find someone to run Newman Media. I wish Adam could acquire a media company and name it after his mother, HOPE.

I wish Adam could get his independence from Victor and Victoria. Let him have a very success business, like Nick, without his father and sister.
I am so sick of Nicki treating Adam like the black sheep of the family and Victoria always looking for a scheme to put her brother in an awkward position. It's time for Adam to shine and show the other Newman brats that he is no joke.
