The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Genoa City might be gearing up for another wedding, but that’s only if Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) can make it through their engagement period. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Tessa shows up at Crimson Lights, where an excited Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is overjoyed to hear the news that Tessa and Mariah have agreed to adopt a child. Tessa also tells Sharon that Mariah was hit hard by the news that Abby Newman and Chance Chancellor have decided to share custody of their child Dominic with their sperm donor, Devon Hamilton. However, Mariah arrives and asks Tessa to meet with her in the patio, where she is left blown away by this proclamation of love.

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Cait Fairbanks, who plays Tessa on the hit CBS soap, says, “It’s like walking through the milestones of their relationship and anything like that makes Tessa feel like a million bucks.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Mariah will then ask Tessa to marry her even though she’s already accepted Tessa’s proposal. Of course, this turns out to be another affirmation of their love. Tessa accepts and Mariah gives her a ring. Cait continues, “Mariah and Tessa are just another normal soap couple going through the trials and tribulations of being in love. However, there will be some challenges coming up for them very soon.”

But knowing how fickle their relationship has been in the past, there’s a very good chance that anything can happen between now and the day they are supposed to walk down the aisle together.
