Clearly, these two are exes that are not on the best of terms, or even on speaking terms for that matter. Chrishell Stause recently fixed a poster that credited her with her former last name, Christhell Hartley. She was known as ‘Chrishell Hartley’ when she was married to Justin Hartley. Both are alums of The Young and the Restless. Here’s what you need to know.
When a fan asked Chrishell why she superimposed her last name onto the movie poster for “Staged Killer,” she replied with, “My last name was different when I filmed this so I just fixed it myself. Too late to fix old promo materials or how I was already credited in the film. All good!”
As many fans know by now, Justin pulled the plug on his marriage with Chrishell back in November of 2019. Soon after, he connected with Sofia again and two began dating during the first quarter of 2020, when most of the world was in lockdown because of COVID-19. And since then, it’s been nothing but bliss for Justin and Sofia, as they officially tied the knot back in March of this year.
Justin told Haute Couture in an interview earlier this month, “We got married in March [2021], and we are so happy! It’s incredible when you’re not forcing things. It doesn’t have to be that hard. You just meet the right person and you just go, ‘Oh, this is amazing. It’s just so wonderful!’ You’re so attracted and so attached to this person. You just love this person so much.”
He also added, “Even though we’ve only been married a few months, it’s hard to remember what it was like without her. When I re-met her, I just knew. It’s so interesting about the human heart and human mind. It’s not a codependency; I’m just at peace with myself. I feel loved and I feel appreciated. I know she feels the same way. We just have a really great relationship and a really terrific family. It’s healthy and it’s wonderful.”
