Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Greg Vaughan Returns To Salem – What’s Next For Eric Brady?

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that even fans knew that he wouldn’t be gone for too long. Greg Vaughan is back in Salem and of course, fans want to know what’s in store for his character Eric Brady. Luckily, Greg sat down with Soap Opera Digest to offer some spoilers for the weeks ahead. Here’s what he has to say.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Greg Vaughan Returns To Salem – What’s Next For Eric Brady?

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Greg says that it’s great to be back, even though so much has changed since the last time he’s been on the set of the hit NBC soap. He’s currently dealing with the aftermath of Eric and Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) doozy of a marriage. But at the same time, Greg says that there’s been a lot of growth on Eric’s end since he was last in town and that he’s coming to terms with some things in his life, too.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that – surprise, surprise – Eric is a priest again. Greg puts it this way, “I thought I closed that door and left it behind me. But I do see the purpose and the reason. It’s not the main focal point, but it was a good reason to come back and for me to revisit everybody after COVID and the shutdown. It was fun and it helped kind of kickstart that story again.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Eric Is A Priest Again

Greg also said that he’s excited to take Eric’s story down a new road. He further explained, “I’m very curious. I’m really taking a different approach, and just trying to see if I can navigate where his path leads him. I just want it to be interesting. DAYS has been such an integral part of who I am and I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do in my time here. It’s just been great and I’m really trying to show that there’s been a growth experience for Eric between where he was and where he is now.”
