Krista Allen Takes A Walk Down Memory Lane With “Days of Our Lives”

For a lot of daytime television fans, if Krista Allen on The Bold and the Beautiful looks familiar, it’s because she is! The actress, who is now the new Taylor Hayes on B&B, once played Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives before Lisa Rinna took over the role from her. Thankfully Krista says that she has plenty of great memories from her time in Salem. Here’s what she has to say.

Krista Allen Takes A Walk Down Memory Lane With “Days of Our Lives”

In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, the daytime television beauty recalled all of the good times she had playing Billie on Days of Our Lives, which was from 1996 to 1999. She also talked about some of her co-stars who became great friends along the way. She said, “Kristian Alfonso [ex-Hope] and I are still in contact. She is so lovely and so wonderful. Ari Zucker [Nicole] and I have talked since, and there is nobody there I don’t remember fondly. They are all colleagues of mine and when we run into one another, we all say hi and will catch up.”

Krista went on to say that when you are a part of the Days of Our Lives cast, you immediately become part of their family, both on and off screen. She continued, “When you are there every day, that is your world and so when you step out of that world and you step into another, there is still that closeness that remains. It is always going to be there and my love for everybody on Days of Our Lives has never waned. It has never gone away, and I have a strong feeling that not it’s going to be the same on The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Seeing what kind of great reception Krista has so far gotten on The Bold and the Beautiful, we’d have to say that we definitely agree with her! Now as far as what’s next for her character, Taylor Hayes, remains to be seen. Of course, fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
