Days of Our Lives spoilers say that three’s a crowd, especially when you have the devil hanging out with you. Apparently, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) wants to go on the run with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). This comes after Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) outs Marlena as the devil during a Thanksgiving dinner that no one is sure to forget. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Marlena has a plan in mind, and that’s to ultimately get her hands on Ben and Ciara’s baby. Little do they know that she’s possessed and that the Marlena Ben once knew and trusted is certainly not there anymore.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Days of Our Lives Head Writer Ron Carlivati previews, “Marlena tells them, ‘You need to help me, you need to hide me,’ and when they ask why, she comes out with the shocking announcement that John has been abusing her, which of course, Ciara finds incredibly difficult to believe, knowing John.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that when Ciara tells Ben that she’s not fully buying what Marlena is trying to sell them, Marlena pulls a fast one on them. Marlena knows that Ciara is the one that she ultimately has to convince and decides to use her devilish powers on her. Once that’s done, the three of them arrive at a remote location.
Carlivati continues, “They go to this isolated cabin and Marlena is tap-dancing because Ciara doesn’t want to be so isolated, especially in her pregnant state. She wants to be able to be close to her doctors and to the hospital, so Marlena is really having to try to convince her to stay out of touch with the rest of Salem.”
DOOL spoilers say that while Marlena is trying to contain that problem, a surprising person comes to the door that might derail her plans altogether. Needless to say, Days of Our Lives fans will have to tune in this week to find out what will happen next. DOOL airs weekdays on the NBC network. Check your local listings for times.
