The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is suing ChancComm for libel. However, Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) downfall has come too easily. When the truth comes out, ChancComm could countersue. If Ashland is broke as some believe, Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) could pay the price… literally.

Ashland Locke’s Many Secrets

Y&R spoilers reveal that Ashland has so many secrets. Even when certain secrets come out, Ashland always has a logical explanation. Many times, Ashland will use what he knows about others to tug on their heartstrings. Ashland did this exact thing when telling the story about his childhood abuse. Ashland knew it would tug on the heartstrings of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) because of his own past.

Y&R Spoilers: Victoria Newman’s Doubt

Even though Victoria married Ashland and seems happy, there is still doubt in the back of her mind. Victoria is trying to focus on Ashland’s cancer treatment and knows about the attack on ChancComm. However, she doesn’t want to know the details or get involved.

Many fans believe that Ashland’s cancer is just another lie. There is also the speculation that Ashland is broke. If that is accurate, then it is probably the real reason why he married Victoria and agreed to a merger.

ChancComm Sued for Libel

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) get served. Papers arrive at ChancComm, which confirms Ashland is suing the company for libel. Ashland could get millions out of this, but Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is right… the war isn’t over yet.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Paying the Price

Even though Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) was coerced by Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he could be back. Gaines seemed to feel bad about what Billy was having to go through. Gaines made it clear that Billy was going to need all the luck he could get. So, guilt could get the better of him and he just might return to expose the truth at the last minute.

There is also the confirmation that Kim Delaney (Roxanne Hart) will arrive in town on Thursday, November 18. Kim is the key to solving a mystery that is unfolding, which must be directly related to Ashland’s secret past.

When the truth comes out, ChancComm won’t just take the victory and go on their merry way. The company could countersue and if that happens, Victoria might be left paying the price in more ways than one. What do you think is going to happen with the war between ChancComm and Newman Media?
