Steffy and Liam have a new, common goal that is indirectly related to their daughter, Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray). The former Steam feels that Sheila and Deacon represent threats to Finn and Hope.

Sheila’s ruse, in having Deacon pretend to be her boyfriend, will likely not be initially recognized by everyone. This pairing will draw interest from Sinn and Lope no matter what conclusions are drawn about the fake Shecon. That gives Sheila’s plan legs to start in this soapy competition.
